We kindly ask you to carefully read the following terms and conditions, which bind you with the Merchant, owner of the Site. In addition, you hereby accept the electronic communication method with the Merchant for all your exchanges and that they meet all the requirements of written communication.
We reserve the right to refuse to serve you, cancel an order, close your account, delete or modify the content of the Site or cancel an order whether or not you have complied with these Terms and Conditions.

Confidentiality of personal information
The products and services offered are intended to be sold to adults who have reached the age of majority in your place of residence, i.e. 18 years of age in the province of Quebec. Accuracy of information

Registration and password

You agree to protect the confidentiality of your username and password and access to your computer so that no one else uses it. You are responsible for all transactions made in your account using this information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your username and password and any security breach of which you are aware, within forty-eight (48) hours of becoming aware of such a situation.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province or state of Quebec or the country of Canada applicable to it. In addition, any legal action against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the City of Montreal is located.
In the event that you believe that an error has occurred when placing an order, we invite you to notify us immediately, but no later than 48 hours after its discovery, by sending us a message at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org and indicating in sufficient detail the error that has been made.
Delivery and returns
Unless you have chosen a specific carrier and a delivery time at the time of the transaction for which additional charges may apply, the method of delivery and the name of the carrier will be determined by the Merchant and our usual delivery times in your territory are:
We undertake to deliver your purchases to you within a reasonable time, subject to the availability of the carriers used by the shipper, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the products or services purchased.
The risk of loss and ownership of the purchased good or service is transferred to you when it is delivered to the carrier or, if the goods cross an international border, it is transferred to you after customs clearance.
The collection in store of a purchase made online must be done during normal business hours.

Exchange cancellation, termination, return, exchange or refund policy

Exchanges are not allowed on the hygenic products used.
You can ask for a refund for a property that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the problem affecting your product within 48 hours of receiving it from our customer service department and obtain an exchange authorization. Thereafter, if required by the Merchant, you must ship the property to the distributor's address for a refund, except on the hygenic products used.
Subject to the other provisions hereof, your request for (refund) (exchange) (exchange/refund) must reach us no later than days after the date of purchase.
In all cases where a return of goods is required by the Merchant, the right of ownership of returned goods is only transferred to the Merchant when they have been received by him in his physical place of business.
Limitation of warranty
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, THE MERCHANT DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE SITE. Limitation of liability
THE MERCHANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS ON IT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, USE OF DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE ASSETS, EVEN IF THE MERCHANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The copyrights and trademarks contained in the information published on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and are made available on the Site by granting a specific license in this regard.
In accordance with applicable intellectual property laws, it is prohibited to use, display or exhibit any trademark, copyright or other protected work accessible on the Site for any purpose other than to sell such products and services without the right to sublicense to third parties. The owners of the trademarks appearing on the Site retain all rights that have not been expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.
